My name is Alek, but you probably guessed that from the name of this site. I'm a 29 years old graphic designer, and this is a little page that I run. Occasionally I will update this section of the page, to reflect any major changes in my life.

About This Site

So what do you think about this latest layout? Personally I love it, but thats just me. One thing that I have realized over the years of building websites is the simpler the better. Too much flash and too much fluff just add extra pointless aspect to the site, and takes away from the content. So as I grow and develop into a better designer, I realize that this is a cleaner and a better way to build a site.

This site was mainly built to host all of my pics and tell people a little about me way before the facebook boom. That is the reason why I keep it alive for so many years. Facebooks is cool, but my site lets me show the creative side to the world. Like the intro says, its a place where I put a few pictures, videos and other shit that you might not care about. So look around, click on a few things and enjoy.

One more thing, if you are looking at this page with Internet Explorer 6, please visit the year 2009. Or at least upgrate to year 2006. I just can't stand all of the issues with the way IE6 reads and interprets code. Another big issue is the PNG transparancy. So if you want to view this site with all the goodies get something newer, or better yet go get the newest version of Firefox, you'll join the millions of users who have made the switch and never looked back.
